About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining schedules that align with customer requirements, using tools such as MSP and Primavera P6. They coordinate with internal teams to secure necessary resources, monitor progress against the baseline, and plan the S‑Curve. Regular communication of schedule updates to stakeholders and identification of potential conflicts are essential, as is collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve them. Reporting duties include generating monthly progress reports that cover financial health and revenue performance, maintaining a risk register, and preparing portfolio review presentations for senior management. The manager enforces key performance indicators with external suppliers, manages contracts, and ensures timely recovery of customer receivables. They also monitor budget spend, inform management of significant events, and handle claims and variation orders. Leadership tasks involve allocating tasks to the project team, tracking progress against scope, schedule, and budget, and fostering effective communication within the team. The manager ensures that all project activities comply with Schneider Electric’s processes, quality instructions, and governance principles, taking corrective actions when deviations arise. Participation in sales and tendering hand‑over, conducting lessons‑learned sessions, and contributing to the PM Community of Practice are also expected. On‑site responsibilities include creating and adhering to a site execution plan, managing budget to avoid cost variance, and maintaining close coordination with the customer to ensure satisfaction. The manager oversees daily, work, and monthly progress reporting, enforces quality guidelines, and ensures compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards as well as statutory requirements. What You Bring

Candidates must have 7–10 years of experience managing high‑value EPC projects, with an electrical or power engineering background in MV/LV distribution networks. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, experience in budget and forecast planning, end‑to‑end project lifecycle management, and global stakeholder engagement are required. Proficiency in preparing detailed schedules using Microsoft Project Planner (MPP) or Primavera is essential. • Minimum 7–10 years experience in high‑value EPC project management with an electrical engineering background (BSc/MSc). • Proficient in detailed scheduling using Microsoft Project Planner or Primavera. • Experience in budget/forecast planning, stakeholder management, and end‑to‑end project lifecycle.
