About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, assessing customers' storage needs and recommending solutions, including the sale of packing and moving supplies. They perform daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. What You Bring
Physical duties require the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to spend up to half of the workday walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations.
