About the Role
The Field Research Manager will lead a dispersed team of eight professional Field Researchers who capture on‑site data for high‑priority commercial properties, covering tenants, listings and building characteristics. Based in Melbourne, the role requires approximately 25 % monthly travel to interstate capital cities and involves daily oversight of production, data quality and team development. • Build, train, mentor, and coach a team of 8 Field Researchers, providing feedback and action plans. • Monitor daily production and data quality against KPI metrics, ensuring targets are met. • Collaborate with internal partners, including Tenant and Market Research teams, and demonstrate best practices in the field. • Work with cutting‑edge tools and methodologies to shape real‑estate intelligence.

What You Bring
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and have three to five years of operations‑management experience, ideally managing five or more employees, with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
