About the Role
The Branch Manager position is accountable for ensuring the safe, cost-effective and efficient day-to-day management of their assigned area and for the financial results of the branch. This role also ensures exceptional service delivery and a consistent, optimal customer experience. • Ensure safe, cost-effective, and efficient daily branch operations. • Achieve targeted financial results for the branch. • Maintain high service standards and a consistent customer experience. • Lead in non‑destructive hydro‑excavation services using innovative technology. • Serve clients across oil & gas, energy, industrial, construction, transportation, and government sectors in Canada and the U.S. • Build a strong, diverse team to enhance company performance.
