About the Role
The advisor will conduct research, aggregate data, analyze information, and prepare documents and presentations to enhance DIA and NDOC OSINT policy development. They will coordinate project‑related activities, participate in focus groups, and support the execution of DoW/DoD OSINT Board of Governors, Defense Open Source Council subcommittees, offsite meetings, and other OSINT‑related events. Additionally, the advisor will advance key OSINT and information‑sharing projects, ensuring timely and effective coordination across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. In partnership with the Program Manager, the advisor will drive communication and engagement initiatives, track deliverables, monitor progress across multiple projects, and ensure alignment among cross‑functional teams within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. • Advise NDOC staff on OSINT policies and coordinate joint interagency strategy with the intelligence community and DoD. • Conduct research, aggregate data, analyze information, and produce documents and presentations. • Facilitate focus groups and support OSINT Board of Governors, Defense Open Source Council subcommittees, and related meetings. • Support OSINT and information‑sharing projects to ensure timely coordination across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. • Assist the Program Manager with communication initiatives, track deliverables, and monitor multi‑project progress.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility and bring at least nine years of experience in communications and engagements, preferably within OSINT, national or defense intelligence, or federal law enforcement. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities, along with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, analyze complex information, and adapt messaging for diverse audiences, are essential. Proficiency with relevant technologies, willingness to work outside normal business hours in exigent circumstances, and capability to travel up to 25% are also required. • Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility and possess 9+ years of communications/engagement experience. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills. • Adapt messaging for diverse audiences and stakeholders and proficiently use relevant technologies. • Be willing to work beyond normal hours when required and travel up to 25%.
