What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering, are a registered PE in Texas, and have 15+ years of experience in all facets of roadway/municipal design, especially within DFW. Experience includes leading project teams on TxDOT projects, business development, proposal writing, scope and budget development, and profitable project management. Strong communication, staff mentorship, and resource direction skills are required. • Hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering and be a Texas-registered Professional Engineer. • Bring 15+ years of roadway/municipal design experience, including leadership on TxDOT projects in DFW. • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels and manage resources positively. • Demonstrated track record of profitable municipal/roadway project delivery.
