Food & Beverage Server-On Call

About the Role

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Server who will maintain a clean, professional work area, serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and food in the grill area, and follow all steps of service—from greeting guests to upselling, serving, pre‑bussing, thanking, and inviting them back. The role includes collecting payments, keeping the bar and surrounding area tidy, performing general cleaning tasks, and completing end‑of‑shift reports using Micros. • Maintain a clean, professional work area at all times • Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and food to grill‑area patrons • Follow state regulations for alcohol service and consumption • Collect payments for food and beverage orders • Keep the bar and surrounding area free of clutter and perform standard cleaning tasks • Complete end‑of‑shift reports using the Micros system • Respond to reasonable requests from management

What You Bring

The position requires full knowledge of menu items, cocktail recipes, beer and wine varieties, and compliance with state alcohol‑service regulations. Attendance must meet Hilton Grand Vacations standards, and the server must carry out reasonable requests from management. We value a team‑first attitude. Minimum qualifications include at least one year of bartending or serving experience in a hospitality setting and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred credentials are an additional year of experience, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and Food Safety Certification.
