What You Bring
The position requires 4–7 years of experience and operates on a full‑time, five‑day‑a‑week office schedule. We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Recruitment with hands‑on experience in both IT and Non‑IT hiring. The ideal candidate is fast, detail‑oriented, execution‑focused, possesses strong communication skills, and can manage multiple requirements in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have 4–7 years of recruitment experience across IT and Non‑IT roles, preferably in a corporate setting, though consultancy experience with strong delivery exposure is also valued. Commitment to work from the office five days a week is required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in MS Excel for trackers, reports, and basic analysis • Fast-paced, proactive, and quick to adapt • Smart problem-solver with strong follow‑up skills • Ability to manage pressure and multiple open positions simultaneously • Recruitment experience of 4–7 years across IT and Non-IT hiring • Prior experience in a corporate environment preferred • Recruitment consultancy background with strong delivery exposure welcomed • Willingness to work from the office five days a week
