About the Role
The Chauffeur/Installateur role is part of a dynamic team that prepares job sites and installs climate‑control equipment using manual and power tools. As the face of the company on‑site, you will maintain professionalism and focus on customer service while meeting tight deadlines and strict safety requirements. The work is physically demanding and primarily outdoors in varied weather conditions, with full training provided. • Safely install and dismantle climate‑control equipment at customer sites. • Complete operational paperwork such as JHA reports, truck inventories, and site checklists. • Follow directions from the Operations Manager. • Assist with site navigation to ensure the team arrives safely and efficiently. • Maintain safe and productive work practices while staying alert to site safety. • Keep work areas and company vehicles clean and free of hazards. • Conduct yourself professionally with coworkers and customers. • Maintain a professional appearance. • Take direction and work under supervision. • Physically handle materials weighing approximately 50‑80 lb (lift, carry, etc.).

What You Bring
• Hold a Class G driver’s licence with a clean driving record. • Demonstrate motivation to complete work despite heavy workloads and tight deadlines. • Accurately and meticulously complete required documentation. • Exhibit strong communication skills and teamwork. • Know how to use general tools and equipment such as drills, pressure washers, post drivers, and banding tools. • Fork‑lift operation experience is preferred but not required.
