About the Role

The role involves maintaining a safe and productive production environment. This includes ensuring the area is stocked, keeping machines and equipment in good condition, and maintaining a clean and well‑maintained work floor. • Keep production area safe, productive, and stocked. • Maintain production machines and equipment. • Ensure work floor is clean, safe, and well‑maintained. • Work at heights, climb ladders, use man‑lifts, and employ fall protection.

What You Bring

Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, follow instructions reliably, and stay organized. Experience operating a forklift, familiarity with shipping documents such as bill of lading and packing slips, and basic computer skills are also required. Preferred applicants are current Zachry or Zachry ROF’ed employees who possess production knowledge and solid problem‑solving abilities. The position demands extensive physical activity, including long periods of standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lb. Workers must be able to work at heights, use ladders and man‑lifts, and wear required personal protective equipment. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to follow instructions. • Good organization skills. • Forklift operation experience. • Familiarity with documents such as bill of lading and packing slips. • Basic computer proficiency. • Current Zachry or Zachry ROF’ed employee. • Knowledge of production processes. • Problem‑solving skills. • Prolonged standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting. • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lb. • Use of PPE: hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, respirator, safety vest, gloves, leather boots.
