About the Role
In this role, the coordinator ensures work is carried out efficiently and safely for both clients and the company. Key duties include field leadership and emergency response, audit and compliance, equipment and project readiness, and continuous improvement, all while following HSE policies. • Provide 24/7 field leadership and emergency response support at rig/well sites. • Conduct on‑site troubleshooting for equipment failures and client issues. • Perform proactive field audits of crew compliance with SOPs and lead formal reviews with Aramco Operations and Quality departments. • Manage long‑term equipment readiness and coordinate job planning between Engineering, AMO, and Readiness teams. • Capture and apply lessons learned post‑job to drive continuous improvement. • Ensure adherence to internal HSE policies and maintain a safe work environment. • Navigate Aramco standard practices, safety protocols, and quality requirements. • Support employee well‑being through work‑life balance policies and voluntary benefits.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree, have 10+ years of coiled tubing experience, and possess deep technical expertise in nitrogen handling and high‑pressure pumping for CTD applications. They must be familiar with Aramco standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements, speak fluent English, and demonstrate a proactive, boots‑on‑the‑ground approach to auditing and crew coaching. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Possess 10+ years of coiled tubing experience, including nitrogen handling and high‑pressure pumping (CTD) expertise. • Demonstrate ability to manage equipment contingencies and maintain client confidence. • Exhibit a proactive, on‑site auditing and crew‑coaching mindset. • Communicate fluently in English.
