About the Role

The role involves leading the residential HVAC sales program, directing Home Comfort Advisors, managing the sales budget, recruiting and training staff, collaborating with service and installation teams, and developing market plans for lead generation and territorial expansion. • Provide strategic direction, business planning, and implement measures for residential HVAC program success. • Lead and coach a sales team of Home Comfort Advisors to exceed individual and team targets. • Manage the sales budget with profit and loss accountability. • Oversee full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. • Train and motivate the sales team through effective coaching programs. • Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize service and installation opportunities. • Develop and implement efficient sales processes and rental training programs. • Create and execute local market plans to generate organic leads. • Identify and launch growth strategies in new geographic territories.
