Job Highlights
About the Role
• Service assigned products and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Diagnose and repair units using hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specs. • Identify, analyze, and repair systems and products on‑site. • Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested. • Prepare for installations and repairs by reviewing building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating work. • Inspect and maintain company vehicles, recording service and ensuring cleanliness. • Inspect equipment for wear and notify customers or Operations Manager of findings. • Complete and file required paperwork for each job, including time, progress, and cost data. • Serve as the direct customer contact, representing the company professionally. • Determine necessary parts for repairs and manage timely ordering. • Record parts, materials, labor, and subcontract costs per assignment and return unused resources. • Submit all required reports and paperwork promptly. • Stay current on product installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair information. • Read and interpret product specifications. • Provide technical support to customers. • Travel regularly, including occasional overnight trips, per job requirements.
