About the Role
The Guest Services Ambassador serves as the first point of contact at the facility, creating exceptional first impressions while delivering professional, personalized service to employees and visitors. This role embodies JLL’s culture and values, ensuring a welcoming, secure, and well‑managed reception area that supports overall workplace operations and experience. Daily responsibilities include greeting visitors, employees, and vendors; managing visitor registration with technology systems; coordinating with security for access control; notifying staff of arrivals and arranging escorts; answering and directing calls; handling inbound deliveries; providing directions and general information; monitoring lobby cleanliness; responding to inquiries; supporting emergency response and evacuations; maintaining reception supplies and marketing materials; offering administrative support to the workplace team; and documenting workplace issues through service request channels. • Greet visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and hospitable manner. • Manage visitor registration using technology and coordinate with security for access control. • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and handle inbound deliveries. • Provide directions, information, and maintain lobby cleanliness and appearance. • Support emergency response procedures and building evacuations as required. • Maintain reception area supplies, marketing materials, and provide administrative assistance. • Document and report workplace issues through appropriate service request channels.

What You Bring
The position is on‑site at the New York office, requiring presence at the reception desk during standard business hours with potential flexible scheduling. It involves extended periods of sitting or standing, regular computer use, and occasional light lifting up to 15 pounds, all within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment that values exceptional service and attention to detail. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred) and at least two years of experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service. Candidates must present a professional appearance, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate a customer‑service orientation, and have basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, visitor management systems, and G‑Suite, while maintaining composure in high‑pressure situations. Preferred qualifications consist of an associate’s degree, experience in corporate reception or high‑end hospitality, background in concierge services or technology companies, event or meeting coordination experience, knowledge of facilities operations, security awareness training, and familiarity with service request management systems. • Hold a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and 2+ years of reception or customer‑service experience. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional appearance. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, G‑Suite, and visitor management systems. • Preferred: experience in corporate reception, high‑end hospitality, concierge services, or technology firms, plus event coordination and facilities knowledge.

The estimated compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000 per year, and it is based on‑site in New York, NY.
