Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and readiness for rent. • Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits each shift. • Perform payment reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Maintain interior cleanliness (sweeping, mopping) and exterior curb appeal (debris removal).

What You Bring

The position requires the ability to lift up to 35 lb, walk around the property for up to half the workday, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior areas.
