About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, handling customer interactions, unit inspections, cash handling, and collection duties. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness for rent. • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and manage customer payments. • Perform reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas, including sweeping, mopping, and curb appeal upkeep. • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and walk/stand outdoors for up to 50 % of the shift.

What You Bring
