About the Role
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all basic office administrative tasks including, but not limited to, corresponding directly with clients and ABM staff, new‑hire onboarding, answering phones, filing, data entry, ordering supplies, payroll assistance, and performing any additional duties as directed by management. This position reports directly to the Account Manager and provides additional support to the Assistant Account Manager as needed. • Handle client and staff correspondence, new‑hire onboarding, phone calls, filing, data entry, supply ordering, and payroll assistance. • Provide support to the Account Manager and Assistant Account Manager. • Access ABM’s comprehensive benefits package via the employee benefits portal.

Benefits
Pay is $25.00 per hour; the listed amount represents the salary range and actual offers will depend on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.
