About the Role
The role involves safely operating a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes, adhering to OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations while keeping the vehicle clean and safe. Drivers must maintain compliance with company expectations for the fleet. Key duties include completing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report, reporting any unsafe conditions, and participating in scheduled training and briefings. Drivers communicate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency, assist fellow drivers, and notify management of incidents, accidents, or property damage. They are responsible for dumping containers, leaving sites clean, correctly positioning containers, completing customer tickets when needed, and ensuring all documentation is finalized at the end of each route. • Operate a heavy‑duty truck safely on transfer routes while complying with OSHA, DOT, and company standards. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections using DVIR and promptly report any issues. • Communicate safety concerns, incidents, and customer requests to Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Dump containers, clean the site, correctly position containers, and complete any required tickets. • Follow assigned routes, maintain accurate documentation, and assist fellow drivers as directed. • Work for a sustainability‑focused company with the largest natural‑gas truck fleet and renewable energy initiatives.

What You Bring
A valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B) is required, and applicants must be at least 18 years old. Candidates must pass a pre‑employment DOT drug screen, physical, background check, and maintain an acceptable driving record. No specific education or prior experience is necessary.
