About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and perform reminder or collection calls to keep accounts current. • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interior spaces and exterior grounds

What You Bring
• Ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of the shift walking outdoors, climbing stairs, and opening large doors • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for traveling between locations (mileage reimbursement provided) • Prior experience in customer‑service or sales‑focused roles such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food environments
