About the Role
The specialist ensures that digital platforms operate as a single coherent ecosystem by proactively tracking and resolving communication issues between systems, acting as a liaison among platform owners, technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain smooth, reliable, end‑to‑end processes. The bFS platform is the Field Service Management solution built on Salesforce ServiceMax. Within Schneider Digital’s End‑to‑End Customer Relationship practice, the role is responsible for deploying digital enablers for the bFS program across multiple countries and business units (Power, Industry, Secure Power, Digital Energy Services). Coordination with all digital streams is required to make the bFS deployment a success. • Lead the bFS E2E integration in close collaboration with all stakeholders. • Ensure business requirements are well captured and considered. • Supervise the design, build and test of solutions across platforms to deliver bFS E2E functionalities (bFO, CPQ, SAP ERP, bFS, etc). • Act as a key integrator with strong end‑to‑end process knowledge of service journeys, flows, and cross‑platform interactions. • Capture, challenge, and consolidate business requirements into integrated digital solutions. • Lead and coordinate gap analysis to identify integration, functional and process gaps across systems. • Drive gap resolution with business, IT and digital stream owners to align with target end‑to‑end solutions. • Interface between business and diverse technology teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
The Services bFS E2E & ERP specialist role at Schneider Electric in Bangalore (hybrid) requires 8‑10 years of experience. The Services Business is a €3 B+ organization pursuing rapid growth and a global transformation of its operating model, processes and digital capabilities. Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Master in Engineering and possess deep knowledge of the Services business, SAP R3 ERP integration, and the Salesforce platform (ServiceMax a plus). Experience with Oracle CPQ, multi‑technology integrated systems, large‑scale business transformation, and global program management is essential. Strong analytical, synthesis and problem‑solving skills, fluency in English, and the ability to communicate and influence across multicultural teams are required.
