About the Role
In this role you will administer comprehensive security programs, ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and Intelligence Community Directives, and maintain a fully compliant program that meets DCSA inspection standards. What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing security programs under NISPOM and ICDs, has completed the mandatory FSO Management Course, and is familiar with DCSA inspections. Strong knowledge of personnel security processes—including clearance processing, onboarding, and reinvestigations—combined with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities is required. Additional desired qualifications include broad experience with government security regulations, familiarity with NGA security protocols, and proven problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail in implementing security policies. The position is based in Chantilly, VA, and requires an active Top Secret SCI clearance (or the ability to obtain one with a polygraph). It is part of Parsons’ Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources and services to U.S. government customers across defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental domains. • Complete the mandatory FSO Management Course. • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. • Possess familiarity with NGA security protocols and federal government agencies.
