What You Bring
• Minimum three years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or multifamily industry. • Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment. • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to drive regularly for work. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or at least four years of multifamily/digital marketing experience. • Ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market trends. • Flexible and adaptable in a high‑growth environment. • Self‑starter who works well both independently and within a team, highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Experience managing the full customer lifecycle and pipeline. • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong academic performance in college.
