About the Role

The role involves managing the flow of product by picking orders, staging, and loading or unloading materials from trucks and other departments. Material must be moved safely, scrap disposed of, and forklifts operated to store, space, deliver, and stack pallets. Employees may need to palletize and secure items, use power trucks, walking cranes or hoists, and employ spotter trucks to position trailers in the yard. Participation in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork on full product or component assembly are also required. • Pick, stage, load and unload orders from trucks and other departments. • Safely move material, dispose of scrap, and operate stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts. • Store, space, deliver, stack pallets and arrange materials; palletize and secure as needed. • Operate power trucks, walking cranes, hoists, and spotter trucks to move trailers. • Perform 5S and continuous improvement activities. • Collaborate on full product or component assembly as part of a team.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license, with no relocation assistance provided. Strong product knowledge, experience with both stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, and the ability to lift 50–75 lb regularly are essential. The position demands close attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, work independently, stand for 8–12 hours, perform repetitive tasks, and be available for mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and up to 12‑hour shifts. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and forklift experience. • Lift 50–75 lb regularly and perform repetitive tasks while standing 8–12 hours. • Follow directions, work independently, and maintain close attention to detail.
