About the Role
As a Territory Sales Representative for Behr, you will oversee all aspects of the brand’s business in five or more Home Depot locations within your territory. The role demands strong organization, a professional demeanor, and the ability to serve as the face of Behr during daily store visits. • Conduct proactive sales activities that add value for customers. • Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot managers, associates, Behr reps, contractors, and residential shoppers. • Train Home Depot staff, Behr team members, and the public on product usage and application techniques. • Ensure merchandising displays are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing, lifting up to 75 lb as needed. • Monitor inventory levels of colorants, samples, and promotional materials and place necessary orders. • Travel regularly between assigned stores, track mileage, and provide licensing and insurance documentation.
