About the Role
As a Project Support Coordinator you will act as the primary liaison between customers, engineers, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring accurate planning and efficient execution of installation and maintenance projects. You will help maintain project schedules, manage resources and keep stakeholders informed throughout the contract lifecycle. • Manage installation and maintenance contracts for key accounts. • Resolve customer issues via phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions. • Plan jobs, projects and after‑sales contract activities. • Oversee stock and service parts demand. • Support engineers, subcontractors and suppliers during delivery. • Maintain and update project schedules and resource allocations. • Ensure contractual obligations, processes and deadlines are met. • Prepare reports, documentation and customer‑feedback summaries. • Apply project coordination, planning and scheduling expertise. • Provide strong customer support and stakeholder coordination. • Utilize ERP systems and perform data analysis.
