About the Role
Key responsibilities include developing detailed test plans, cases, and scripts from functional requirements and user stories, as well as creating and maintaining test data for functional and integration testing. The analyst will execute manual testing (UI, functional, regression) and design automated scripts using tools such as Selenium, Worksoft, BrowserStack, or LambdaTest. Additional duties involve integration, API, and performance testing, defect tracking in Azure Boards or Jira, and providing test status reports during Agile sprint cycles. • Develop and execute detailed manual and automated test plans for Salesforce applications. • Create and maintain test data for functional and integration testing. • Perform UI, functional, regression, performance, and API testing using tools such as Selenium, Worksoft, BrowserStack, JMeter, and Postman. • Identify, document, and track defects in Azure Boards or Jira and verify resolutions. • Conduct integration testing with third‑party systems like ERP and payment gateways. • Participate in Agile sprint cycles and provide regular test status and defect metrics. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and offshore teams to define testing scenarios. • Apply risk‑based testing methods and develop comprehensive test strategies.

What You Bring
Johnson Controls is seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Test Analyst to join its growing team. The analyst will ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications through both manual and automated testing. The role operates in an Agile environment, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams, product managers, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to design, execute, and maintain test cases. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of QA experience on medium to large Salesforce implementations, specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and is familiar with Agile Scrum methodology. Required skills include functional, integration, and user‑acceptance testing, risk‑based testing, and proficiency with automation tools (Selenium, Worksoft) and performance tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) as a plus. Strong verbal and written communication, collaborative teamwork, and Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly preferred. • Possess 3–5 years of QA experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. • Demonstrated experience with automation tools (Selenium, Worksoft, BrowserStack) and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus. • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills and work effectively in a collaborative environment. • Hold Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform App Builder, highly preferred.
