Provide admin support: travel, stock, docs, finance, and office tasks for national team.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Book medicals and training sessions for staff. • Order PPE and manage stock levels. • Format documents using in‑house style guides. • Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries. • Reconcile financial statements and expense accounts. • Provide peer support as part of the National Admin Team. • Handle ad hoc requests received via the shared administration inbox. • Maintain office supplies, including stationery and kitchen items. • Answer phones, direct calls, and manage courier services. • Meet and greet clients and guests, and respond to general queries from local colleagues. • Assist with event coordination and other office tasks. • Manage high volumes of work and multiple stakeholder requests. • Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy.

What You Bring
