Job Highlights
About the Role
New analysts will support pre‑construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis across a variety of project sizes. They will collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to address complex problems and bring clients’ visions to life, while gaining familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations. • Use technical software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, VISSIM, OpenRoads, Synchro, GIS) to analyze, produce, and quality‑check deliverables. • Contribute to pre‑construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects. • Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines. • Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations and company/client standards.

What You Bring
• Hold an ABET‑accredited B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field, graduating by Summer 2026. • Be prepared to learn and apply one or more discipline‑specific software tools.
