About the Role

The position is responsible for achieving sales targets and supporting relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users in the central province of Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will conduct weekly customer visits, generate reports, and develop new business relationships in targeted segments while building a healthy project pipeline. • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets aligned with organizational strategic objectives. • Support relationships with assigned contractors, consultants, and end users in the designated area. • Conduct weekly customer visits and prepare weekly reports. • Follow projects and provide support through appropriate channel/panel builders. • Initiate business relationships with new customers in targeted business segments. • Build and increase a healthy project pipeline. • Support implementation of marketing and growth plans developed by management. • Analyze market intelligence, trends, competitor actions, and conduct SWOT analysis for product and market development. • Maintain cooperative and credible relationships with company personnel to ensure customer satisfaction. • Provide timely, accurate information on existing and upcoming opportunities based on project status and trusted sources. • Deliver required reports and surveys to management by indicated deadlines.

What You Bring

The role requires a BSc in Electrical Engineering and 8‑10 years of electrical engineering sales experience, preferably in Riyadh/KSA, with proven expertise in LV switchgear, breakers, busway and ATS. The candidate must demonstrate market strategy development, strong communication in English and Arabic, and the ability to collaborate across the company. • Leverage proven sales and business development experience in the Saudi market.
