About the Role

As an Enterprise Project Manager you will lead a single moderate‑size project or multiple smaller initiatives such as business‑system upgrades, process improvements, department reorganizations, or strategy implementations. You will create and maintain project controls—budget, scope, schedule, quality and risk—while communicating effectively with stakeholders and guiding cross‑functional teams to successful completion. • Lead single moderate-sized or multiple minor projects in business systems, process improvement, or strategy implementation. • Develop project plans, WBS, schedules, cost baselines, and risk mitigation strategies. • Provide team leadership, facilitate meetings, and ensure adherence to project management standards. • Establish and maintain controls for budget, scope, schedule, quality, and risk. • Create and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed. • Lead business process improvement activities and measure performance outcomes. • Ensure thorough documentation, archival of project artifacts, and capture lessons learned. • Collaborate with other project managers to enhance organizational project management competencies.

What You Bring

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology, computer science or a related field and at least five years of project‑management or related experience. A PMP certification is preferred, and you must have intermediate proficiency with project‑management methodologies, software tools (MS Project, Excel, Visio, Maximo), and business‑process reengineering concepts. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of project management experience. • Preferred PMP certification and experience in regulated environments. • Proficient with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Maximo, and other project tools. • Demonstrated intermediate skills in analysis, stakeholder management, change leadership, and communication. • Required valid driver’s license and ability to travel within service territory.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $89,175 to $148,625 with a performance‑based incentive, plus a total‑rewards package supporting well‑being and professional growth. The position follows a hybrid work schedule—three days onsite—in an office environment and requires a valid driver’s license and occasional travel within the service territory. • Salary range $89,175‑$148,625 with performance‑based incentive bonus. • Hybrid work model: three days in‑office, office environment.
