About the Role
The Maintenance Technician supports property upkeep by handling corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, as well as overseeing the make‑ready process under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance for community areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and service requests. • Conduct make‑ready turnovers, schedule and assist with unit inspections and cleaning. • Maintain swimming pools, record chemical levels, and keep accurate logs. • Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify and correct hazards. • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; keep the maintenance shop organized. • Follow Asset Living policies, OSHA and Fair Housing regulations, and safety protocols. • Document service activities, preventive maintenance, and make‑ready status. • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring consistent resident interactions. • Participate in on‑call emergency rotations and respond to urgent issues.

What You Bring
• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent and basic computer proficiency. • Ability to lift/move objects 100 lb+, use ladders, power tools, and operate vehicles. • Reliable transportation required for emergency call‑outs.
