About the Role

The Operations Coordinator provides administrative and technical support to the operations team, ensuring smooth business processes and efficient workflows. The role involves managing schedules, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining equipment functionality. Key duties include coordinating driver routes and waste pickups, working with dispatch to optimize routing, responding to customer questions about waste and recycling procedures, and handling complaints to ensure satisfaction. The coordinator also monitors inventory, processes invoices, and generates reports on waste volumes, recycling rates, and other performance metrics. • Manage schedules, process invoices, and coordinate driver routes and waste pickups. • Assist with equipment deliveries, dispatch routing, and driver daily debriefs. • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve waste/recycling complaints. • Identify and resolve operational issues such as equipment malfunctions or route delays. • Support monitoring and reporting of waste collection, recycling data, and key performance indicators. • Troubleshoot office system technical issues and ensure equipment functionality. • Maintain inventory, coordinate with other departments, and keep records of waste streams and recycling programs.

What You Bring
