About the Role
We’re hiring a Plumbing Foreman to join our growing team. In this role you will lead from the front, managing crews while staying hands‑on in the field, and you will be critical to jobsite execution, crew development, and delivering high‑quality work safely and efficiently. • Lead and work alongside field crews to drive productivity, quality, and safety. • Coordinate labor, materials, and workflow to keep projects moving. • Enforce company standards, project specifications, and code compliance. • Complete required documentation and reporting. • Mentor apprentices and build high‑performing teams. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with up to 8% employer match based on profitability.

What You Bring
• Hold a current Montana Journeyman Plumber license (required). • Possess 5+ years of plumbing experience, including leadership or foreman roles. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of plumbing, mechanical systems, and codes. • Show proven ability to lead, communicate, and hold crews accountable. • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
