About the Role

The Manager – Program Management oversees a cross‑functional supply‑chain project portfolio, ensuring disciplined execution through timeline governance, risk and issue management, and stakeholder alignment. The role serves as the senior escalation point for program‑level challenges and champions continuous improvement to meet business goals. In a people‑leadership capacity, the manager mentors a team of roughly ten program‑management professionals, focusing on capability building, skills development and succession planning. Strong relationships are cultivated with regional and category leaders, plant leadership and other functional teams to drive multi‑stakeholder alignment using tools such as ESSP and procurement‑excellence frameworks. The manager is accountable for compliance with internal processes—including ESSP, Should‑Cost, TCO, CRA‑SRA, DSFRA and stage‑gate criteria—and provides executive‑level reporting, status dashboards and concise program summaries. They also lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, digital enablement projects, root‑cause corrective actions and SOP deployments while ensuring alignment with business system requirements. • Lead and develop a team of ~10 program managers, ensuring skill growth and succession readiness. • Govern cross‑functional supply‑chain project timelines, risks, issues and stakeholder alignment. • Serve as senior escalation point for program‑level challenges and enforce disciplined execution. • Deliver executive‑level reports, dashboards and 30‑60‑second status summaries with top‑5 actions. • Ensure all programs comply with ESSP, Should‑Cost, TCO, CRA‑SRA, DSFRA and stage‑gate documentation standards. • Identify and implement opportunities to shorten cycle times, improve visibility and stakeholder experience. • Champion continuous‑improvement and digital‑enablement initiatives, including CI events and SOP deployments. • Conduct performance management, coaching and feedback to foster a high‑engagement, high‑accountability culture. • Build strong relationships with regional, category, plant and cross‑functional leaders to drive multi‑stakeholder alignment.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronics), 12‑14 years of professional experience with at least seven years in project/program management and strategic sourcing, and PMP or PgMP certification preferred. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical, reporting, conflict‑resolution and strategic‑thinking abilities, as well as the capacity to manage tight deadlines and high‑accountability cultures. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred) and 12‑14 years of experience, with 7+ years in project/program management and strategic sourcing. • Possess PMP or PgMP certification (preferred) and strong analytics, reporting, conflict‑resolution and strategic thinking skills.
