About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager/Area Vice President, the manager will lead a diverse team of cleaning, disinfection, floor and project technicians. Primary responsibility is flawless, high‑quality execution of specialty services while actively managing a business plan for expansion, new sales, and maximizing existing account revenue. • Execute a business plan to renew, expand, and develop the route business, focusing on upselling new products and services to meet sales and margin goals. • Lead daily logistics and execution of service routes, including route optimization, inventory control, audits, and equipment reconciliation. • Hire, train, develop, and coach service and route technicians, monitor performance, ensure certification and compliance, and promote a safety‑first, self‑directed teamwork culture. • Manage project budgets, forecast workflow, analyze and mitigate program risks, and ensure accurate, timely invoicing. • Conduct quarterly customer contacts and audits to maintain high satisfaction and quality standards. • Apply strong analytical skills to interpret reports, analyze sales opportunities, and design route structures for new accounts and expansion. • Travel locally up to 70% of the time to manage operations, coach teams, and maintain customer relations. • Participate in HSA/FSA programs and a 401(k) plan with company match.
