About the Role
In this role you will help create the distinctive Discovery Land Company experience for members and fellow employees by supporting food and beverage service operations. • Clean tables, remove dirty dishes, replace soiled linens, and set tables. • Deliver food items to guests, ensuring each dish reaches the correct seat. • Clear unused items, monitor and refill water glasses, and replace silverware as needed. • Check restaurant area for items that need clearing and provide brief item explanations to guests. • Assist kitchen staff to ensure dishes are plated correctly and include required condiments or sauces. • Prepare and restock the runner station for each meal, keeping it clean and organized. • Maintain knowledge of menu items to answer guest questions. • Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, safety, and security protocols; attend briefings and trainings.

The position runs from April 20, 2026 to October 7, 2026, and H‑2B visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates. • Minimum three months experience in a high‑volume restaurant, resort, or private club. • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. • Ability to work indoors and outdoors, standing, walking, and moving for over four hours. • Capable of lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling; occasional lifts over 50 lb. • Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
