• Coordinate project activities to meet cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards. • Review project designs and propose cost‑reduction ideas. • Execute daily operational tasks and provide timely status reports to the Project Manager. • Organize, file, and maintain all project documentation in digital databases. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines. • Schedule and facilitate meetings, phone calls, and site visits with stakeholders. • Liaise with technicians, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to gather information and maintain positive relationships. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other project‑management software to track progress.

What You Bring
