About the Role

A Logistics Analyst coordinates drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity, and ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service for customers. The role also oversees safety, customer experience, and overall productivity. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety policies, analyzing and adjusting daily routes using an internal routing platform, and responding to same‑day changes to improve efficiency. The analyst closes routes on time, resolves transit issues, manages driver safety and asset security, and collects and analyzes logistics data to enhance routing accuracy. Continuous communication with drivers, performance evaluation, route sequencing, handling missed pickups, and creating capacity‑maximizing routes are also essential. Customer experience duties involve courteous interactions with customers, designing routes that prevent service and compliance issues, and managing promises to ensure they are fulfilled. The analyst updates call‑center communications daily, reduces missed pickups, informs impacted customers of delays, and adheres to universal service commitments.
