About the Role
Retail Merchandisers serve multiple customer locations within a defined territory, reporting directly to a District Manager while working independently at retailer sites. The role involves managing product displays, updating plan‑ograms, and supporting store remodels on a recurring basis, with a starting hourly wage of $13 and variable, non‑exempt hours. • Implement plan‑ogram updates and stock product displays. • Conduct surveys and audits of merchandise. • Assist with store remodels and install security tags. • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. • Solve problems, make decisions, and act as an independent thinker. • Utilize smartphone technology to schedule visits and submit photos and expenses.
