About the Role

Our team currently delivers strategic water pipelines, London Power Tunnels, HS2 utilities, UV upgrades, mains rehabilitation and treatment‑plant upgrades for Thames Water, Southern Water and other key partners. You will collaborate with engineers, hydraulic modelers, environmental scientists and technical specialists, and may visit client sites across the South while supporting multi‑year frameworks. • Collaborate with engineers, hydraulic modelers, environmental scientists and specialists to deliver UK and overseas projects; liaise with clients on scope and proposals. • Produce feasibility studies, outline and detailed designs, reports and technical specifications. • Provide line‑manager leadership for junior staff, including guidance and performance evaluations. • Ensure designs comply with applicable standards and regulations and contribute technical expertise to interdisciplinary studies.

What You Bring

• Hold a civil engineering degree or equivalent experience. • Demonstrable senior‑level experience in the water sector. • Chartered or incorporated membership (e.g., ICE, CIWEM) or progress toward chartered status. • Experience with engineering assessments, option appraisals, calculations and economic appraisals. • Experience in outline/detailed design of water‑treatment, wastewater, flood risk or drainage schemes.
