About the Role
In this role you will ensure a productive, safe, and engaging environment for employees and visitors by partnering with HR, Facilities, IT, and external vendors. Responsibilities span facilities upkeep, space planning, service coordination, health and safety compliance, technology integration, budgeting, and fostering employee experience and communication. • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of office spaces, common areas, and outdoor areas. • Manage space planning, desk assignments, and conference room bookings to optimize utilization. • Coordinate workplace services and amenities such as reception, mailrooms, fitness centers, and cafeterias. • Ensure health and safety compliance through inspections, risk assessments, and employee well‑being programs. • Administer vendor relationships, contracts, and performance, including property management and cleaning services. • Implement and support workplace technology (access control, room‑booking, digital signage, AV equipment). • Develop and manage the workplace budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost‑saving opportunities. • Lead employee experience initiatives, including events, communications, and engagement programs. • Enforce work‑order ticket SLAs, audit vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in workplace or facilities management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of health and safety regulations, budget and vendor management experience, proficiency with workplace software, and relevant certifications such as CFM. • Minimum 3 years experience in workplace or facilities management within commercial real estate or corporate settings. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations (preferred). • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and vendor contract negotiations. • Proficiency in workplace management software, collaboration tools, and Microsoft Office. • Excellent organization, project‑management, and problem‑solving abilities. • Relevant certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) a plus. • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

The Workplace Experience Manager role, based in New York with occasional travel to Florida and Washington, DC, oversees daily operations of the workplace environment within a commercial real‑estate organization. The position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 plus a 10% annual target bonus. Compensation is estimated between $95,000 and $115,000 annually, with additional benefits including a 401(k) match, comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, paid parental leave, PTO, company holidays, and early wage access through Daily Pay.
