About the Role

The Accounting Manager position is part of JLL’s Client Accounting Services (CAS) team, where the incumbent will deliver financial management and reporting services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, ensure compliance and financial governance, and collaborate with senior leadership while mentoring a team of accounting professionals. • Support the Accounting Manager in overseeing comprehensive accounting and reporting operations for multiple CAS clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables • Monitor and maintain compliance with established controls, best practices, and SOCR (Service Organization Control Report) requirements across the corporate client portfolio • Lead and supervise a team of 4-6 Accountants, conducting thorough workpaper reviews to ensure compliance with objectives and adequacy of procedures and documentation • Proactively manage the oversight environment by identifying key issues, developing solutions, and ensuring prompt resolution of accounting challenges • Communicate regularly with senior leadership and business partners through comprehensive findings reports, dashboards, KPIs, and strategic recommendations • Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop team members to build a high-performing accounting organization • Execute special projects and initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with CPA and/or CIA certification strongly preferred • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial governance in a professional services environment • Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience with proven ability to manage and develop accounting professionals • Experience with SSAE 16/SOC1 (formerly SAS70) or SOX-related design and review of control platforms strongly preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy • Experience in real estate accounting or property management accounting systems • Forensic data analysis experience and investigative accounting skills • Familiarity with Yardi and MRI software platforms or similar property management systems • Previous experience in a client services or consulting environment • Knowledge of real estate investment and financial reporting standards • Project management experience with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Experience supporting external audits and regulatory compliance initiatives

Estimated compensation ranges from $9,500,000 to $108,000 per year, with final packages determined by qualifications, location and market conditions.
