AP Specialist - Halt Analyst
Resolve halted AP invoices, contact PCs, and reduce invoice aging.

About the Role
The AP Halt Analyst will assist PCs in resolving halted invoices quickly and accurately, contacting PC staff to provide resolution recommendations and reduce both invoice count and aging percentages. The role may also involve training corporate or PC personnel on electronic invoice processing and purchase‑order maintenance. • Contact ~125 assigned locations daily to resolve halted invoices. • Respond to high email volume within 24 hours and clear halts per production reports. • Maintain monthly halted invoices over 45 days at 9% or less. • Generate monthly halt accrual reports with accurate GL coding. • Assist processors with receiver adjustments. • Provide training and support on invoice processing and PO maintenance as needed.

What You Bring
