About the Role

The Project Manager for Project & Development Services will lead the design, planning, and construction of real‑estate facility projects, covering mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial and architectural disciplines. The role carries full accountability for meeting project goals, managing budgets, coordinating resources, and delivering results that satisfy client expectations. The manager will develop scopes of work, create schedules, generate project reports, and oversee the production of drawings for clients and property‑management teams throughout design, development, and construction phases. They will proactively resolve project‑related issues, maintain high qualitative and quantitative performance standards, and keep accurate electronic files. Responsibilities also include preparing meeting agendas, leading meetings, and ensuring each project phase aligns with approved budgets and timelines. • Develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each phase. • Coordinate and track vendor RFQs and RFPs to secure required services. • Review change orders and invoices, confer with clients, and manage project financials. • Prepare agendas, lead project meetings, and ensure accurate electronic documentation. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members. • Read and interpret construction specifications, blueprints, and engineering drawings.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, business administration or a related field, and at least five years of relevant experience. Candidates must demonstrate solid project‑management skills, the ability to read construction specifications and architectural/engineering drawings, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong problem‑solving abilities, organization, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and guide junior staff are essential. • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite for analysis and reporting.

Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $110,500 to $130,000 and is supplemented by a comprehensive benefits program that may include health, vision, dental, flexible spending and health‑savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, as well as paid and unpaid leave.
