About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside the facilities and outdoors. They assess customers' storage needs, suggest appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily tasks include inspecting storage units for inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, and making bank deposits. Managers help keep customers current on payments by making reminder and collection calls as needed. The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to spend up to half of the shift walking around outdoor areas, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Cleaning and routine maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping interiors, and maintaining curb appeal, are also part of the job. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including packing and moving supplies. • Perform daily unit inspections to verify inventory and readiness for rent. • Audit cash drawers, process bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collections. • Transport items up to 35 lb and walk/stand outdoors for up to 50 % of the shift, including stairs and large doors. • Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of interior spaces and exterior grounds. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and use personal vehicle to travel between sites (mileage reimbursed).
