About the Role
The role works with the maintenance manager, supervisors, and technicians to stock and maintain a spare parts warehouse, manage preventative maintenance plans, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. It involves reviewing equipment usage data and failure trends to determine appropriate spare parts stock levels and maintaining an open‑issues list by machine and department. • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance (PM) schedules. • Maintain accurate records of critical component rebuilds to predict future requirements. • Manage spare parts inventory with appropriate stock levels. • Research alternatives for replacement components. • Lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklift, pallet jack, hand and power tools. • Stand or walk for up to 95% of the work shift.

What You Bring
• Require 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. • Associate degree or equivalent in a related field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational abilities. • Ability to work with OEMs and specify component requirements.
