About the Role
The Aerial Foreman supports all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, ensuring work is done correctly and efficiently. You will lead crews, manage daily schedules, and coordinate with supervisors while maintaining safety perimeters and proper documentation. • Install and/or repair aerial CATV, coaxial, and fiber cable • Place, relocate, remove poles, lines, open‑wire, drop and block wire to maintain efficient operation of customer facilities • Set up a safety perimeter using signage, cones, and safety barriers • Review project plans, specifications, and installation instructions to ensure compliance with design • Direct on‑site activities and lead in‑house crews • Complete necessary documentation and record crew time • Communicate with the Area Supervisor or Manager • Oversee daily schedules, deliveries, and productivity of the aerial crew

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least three years of telecommunications construction experience, strong knowledge of CATV, fiber, and aerial/underground practices, and certifications such as OSHA 10, CPR, and flagging. You must be comfortable working in bucket trucks, climbing poles, handling equipment, and solving complex problems while mentoring your team. • 3+ years of experience in telecommunications construction • Knowledge of coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, aerial and underground construction • Ability to work in a bucket truck and climb poles • OSHA 10, CPR, and flagging certifications with knowledge of OSHA safety requirements • Strong knowledge of CATV building practices and CTV/aerial field equipment • Ability to operate a digger and a Derek truck • Capable of lifting up to 70 lb and climbing up to 35 ft • Read and understand work orders and CTV cable prints • Available for on‑call work, including evenings and weekends as needed • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced, changing environment • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills
