About the Role

Key responsibilities include operating short‑arc, stick, and FCAW welding machines on materials such as X1050 and T‑1, using grinders and pneumatic chipping hammers to clean weldments, handling material‑moving equipment, reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, templates, and setting up jigs and fixtures, accessing computer terminals, and adhering to Terex safety, quality, and "The Terex Way" values while performing additional tasks as needed. • Operate short‑arc, stick, and FCAW welding machines on various alloys. • Use stationary 사진 portable grinders and pneumatic chipping hammers to prepare weldments. • Move parts and materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, or other handling equipment. • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, templates, and set up jigs/fixtures. • Follow Terex safety policies, quality standards, and "The Terex Way" values. • Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.

What You Bring

Basic qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent, 0‑2 years of manufacturing experience, ability to lift 40 lb (up to 100 lb with assistance), good mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand tools, ability to follow verbal and written instructions, recognize safety hazards, read engineering drawings, work as a team member, and safely operate welding equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes while wearing required PPE. • Meet archival qualifications: high school diploma/equivalent, 0‑2 years experience. • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools. • Accurately read engineering drawings and written instructions. • Lift up to 40 lb (or 100 lb with assistance) and wear required PPE.
