About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you will provide a positive and memorable experience for owners and guests during check‑in, check‑out, and while responding to their requests. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth interactions and addressing guest needs promptly. Your duties include entering and updating information in the computerized reservation system, resolving unit availability issues, assisting guests with reservations or changes, generating invoices, and collecting payments for rentals and merchandise. You will also manage safety deposit boxes, process housekeeping and maintenance requests, restock the front desk with supplies, prepare arrival packets, provide information on local attractions and resort amenities, and prepare correspondence and reports for management. • Ensure every interaction with owners or guests is positive and memorable during check‑in, check‑out, and request handling. • Input information into the computerized reservations system and maintain records. • Generate invoices and collect payments for rentals and merchandise sales. • Maintain safety deposit boxes. • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests and coordinate with appropriate departments. • Restock the front desk with supplies and prepare arrival packets. • Provide information on area attractions and resort amenities. • Type correspondence and reports for management as needed.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include proficient English communication skills, a courteous professional demeanor, flexibility to adapt to schedule changes, strong multitasking and prioritization abilities, and at least six months of customer service experience. Preferred candidates have front‑desk or guest services experience, cash/credit card transaction handling skills, and a background in resort hospitality or a related industry. • Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written. • Courteous, professional attitude when handling upset guests and difficult situations. • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice. • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet organizational deadlines. • Minimum six months of customer service experience. • Preferred: front‑desk/guest services experience, cash/credit card transaction handling, resort hospitality or related industry background.
