About the Role
The associate operates hand‑held RF units to locate, move, and allocate material within the warehouse. They prepare items for shipment by assembling containers, posting weights, and affixing the appropriate postage and paperwork, and they coordinate emergency shipments and requests outside of regular hours. Daily forklift operation and maintenance, including inspection checklists, and 5S housekeeping duties are also required. • Operate hand‑held RF units to locate, move, and allocate material. • Prepare shipments by assembling containers, posting weights, and applying postage and paperwork. • Coordinate emergency shipments and requests outside regular hours. • Drive and maintain forklifts, completing daily inspection checklists. • Perform 5S housekeeping duties as needed.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of logistics or warehouse experience, covering order selection, packing, and receiving processes, and possess a high school diploma or GED. They must be eligible to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship and reside within a 50‑mile radius of the work location, unless they are active‑duty military members who are exempt. Basic proficiency with Microsoft applications is expected, along with the ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain a safety focus. The role requires lifting up to 50 lb, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive bending, squatting, and lifting. Flexibility to work daily or weekend overtime and to shift between different plants is required, as is willingness to become certified in forklift operation. • Minimum two years of logistics or warehouse experience (order selection, packing, receiving). • High school diploma or GED required. • Eligible to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship; live within 50‑mile radius (active‑duty military exempt). • Basic proficiency with Microsoft applications. • Use good judgment with a safety focus; lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods. • Willingness to become certified in forklift operation.
